  It depends if you go on a day when they are fast or slow. I've waited 20+ minutes in the drive-thru. Tonight was probably close to 30 minutes. Other times, I've gotten my food almost as quickly as I filled my drink. Very unpredictable.

  Taco Bell. It is fast food at an alright price. The order accuracy is hit or miss depending on who is working and the lobby is usually pretty dirty. Kids chairs are never cleaned, tables are usually covered in food crumbs, and the floor is no better.
  Most of the employees are teenagers and the upkeep and service reflects this. One of the teens (a minor) was complaining she worked 35 hours that week even though state laws limit it to 15. Little concerning.

  2 stars. Let's me explain... the food is amazing. The new naked chicken chalupa is addicting. The new airhead freeze is to die for. So you might ask yourself, "why only 2 stars?" Well the whole time I was eating in the restaurant, the employees were working their asses off behind the counter. All except one by the name of Taylor, I believe, and some red head guy who wasn't supposed to be there that day and just came in to gossip, it seemed like. The whole time they sat at the front of the restaurant and talked very loudly about other coworkers and used foul language. Then she saw another coworker park, walked out the door and yelled across the parking lot about how she had to stay late by 30 minutes. Now, I understand this is fast food and the talent isn't exactly the greatest. But as a Manager for a nearby location, this is far from unacceptable from a business standpoint. Customer perception is everything, and these employees were by far the worst example of Taco Bell I've ever seen. Fix your staff.
